Dear KFS Family,

We continue to search for ways to keep our providers active and our consumers connected to the services they need. We appreciate your interest, dedication and cooperation as we work to make the most of this situation. Our team is working hard to keep you connected with your consumer.

We are very pleased that New Jersey is now approving remote (telehealth) in-home support sessions in order to ensure the health and safety of our consumers. This includes video communication and virtual video sessions.

Please reach out to Jessica Goldstein through email here or call 609.607.4001 to discuss this option for your cases. The Clinical Coordinator will provide information on how to start this process. This provides us the opportunity to maintain care and support to individuals we serve as well as allow you to continue contracting.

Please reach out to your Clinical Coordinator to discuss this option for your cases. The Clinical Coordinator will provide information on how to start this process. This provides us the opportunity to maintain care and support to individuals we serve as well as allow you to continue contracting.

PA ODP Approves Telehealth For Direct Support Professionals

Dear KFS Family,

The entire team at Kaleidoscope Family Solutions wants to thank you for your patience during this challenging time. We appreciate you and the dedication you show to supporting the individuals we serve.

We are very excited to report that we received confirmation today, from the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (PA ODP), that Direct Support Professionals can now provide remote in-home support sessions in order to ensure the health and safety of our consumers. This includes telephone communication and virtual video sessions.

Please reach out to your Clinical Coordinator to discuss this option for your cases. The Clinical Coordinator will provide information on how to start this process. This provides us the opportunity to maintain care and support to individuals we serve as well as allow you to continue contracting.
