KFS Massachusetts division manages the delivery of services to several age groups and populations through the programs outlined below. KFS Massachusetts is an approved MassHealth provider who supports individuals with physical disabilities as well as ABI/TBI.
We specialize in assisting those with mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, and/or struggle with substance/drug abuse. We are an approved MassHealth provider in the entire state of Massachusetts.
Support programs available:
Moving Forward Program (MFP) – Kaleidoscope Family Solutions is a provider agency for the MFP community living waiver and ABI waiver through the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission. KFS provides in-home and community based supports to people with a physical disability, an acquired brain injury, a traumatic brain injury and/or mental health disorders. All individuals transition out of skilled nursing facilities into the community. The services we provide are:

Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) through Behavioral Health for Child and Adolescent’s (BHCA) services – Providing therapeutic services to children and their families who have significant behavioral, emotional and mental health needs. Insurances covered: MBHP, Tufts, Optum, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim and Mass General Brigham.
